Shipping
When will I get my order?
In stock: In stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from date of order.
Pre-order: If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are in stock. Once the pre-order items arrive, we will ship your complete order (including in-stock items) together.
Shipping time may vary, as it is subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance, aviation security check, weather or carrier issues etc. Shipping time depends on the country of delivery at shipping service selected. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your patience.
Address Accuracy: We appreciate you ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Should your address be inaccurate, please do contact us as soon as possible. We shall try our best to assist your needs. If the order is dispatched, we suggest you contact the courier directly as we are unable to guarantee successful delivery and are not liable for any lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
If duties and taxes have been prepaid during checkout, you should not be responsible for any charges upon delivery. Should there be any charges on the delivery, we shall reimburse all in full upon proof of payment and the successful delivery of the package within 14 days.

How can I track my order?
You may track your order at order enquiries.
For International shipments:
Tracking information is available through the carrier’s website. Once your order arrives in your country, please contact your local post office or courier for updates if needed.
Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Returns & Exchanges section.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, items must be unworn and returned in original packaging. Refunds require customers to cover return shipping fee.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Items that have been damaged or altered due to misuse, items that are made to order as customized items.
How do I start a return?
Please send us an email at vyiajewellery@gmail.com requesting for a return or exchange.
Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. You will receive a return authorisation and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

How do I keep my jewellery looking its best?
To maintain the optimal appearance of your jewelry, follow these guidelines:
- If humidity is uncontrolled, store your jewelry piece outside of its original box. A dry and airy storage location is preferred.
- Regularly clean your jewelry on a weekly basis to keep it looking its best.
By adhering to these practices, you can ensure that your jewelry retains its pristine condition and appearance.
How do I clean my jewellery?
To get the best results, use polishing cloths simply buff gold-plated or sterling silver pieces until any imperfections or marks are no longer visible.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
